Subject: Glock conversion
Comment: I ordered a conversion for a Glock 23 in November got it the 1st of April! Took it to the range today and out of 100 rnds. I only had about 6 shots where the thing functioned like it was supposed to. The rest either failed to eject, misfired or stovepiped.

Subject: Glock & AR conversions
Comment: Dear Sirs, please reconsider doing any business with these people, allow me to tell you about my experiences with them.
My experiences with JAC, Inc. are very, very negative and still under dispute. I ordered and paid for 3 conversion kits at the Shot Show in February 2004. They came in mid March and I took a Glock 17 kit, mounted it on my old series Glock 17 and off to the range I went. The unit would not function with any normal ammo I tried, Winchester Super X, Eley, CCI, it feeds but will not ignite the cartridges, I am lucky to get 3 out of ten to fire. I tried the kit on my friends Glock which is a late model, same results. I called the factory from the range and talked to "George". George talked to me like I was an idiot and informed me that "WE TEST EVERY KIT BEFORE IT LEAVES". I asked him if I could return the kit and he acted like, well I guess, I will take a look at it. They received the kit back on March 30th, I called on April 14 to check on it and got "George" again, He promptly told me that "I'll look at it when I get time and right now you are interrupting me". I called back again on March 26 and got "George" again and again got the same condescending you are bothering me attitude. I asked to speak to someone else higher up and was told I couldn't, that "I am it", when asked if he was the owner or officer of the company he said he was not and hung up on me, I called back and he hung up again. Since then I have found that the AR-15 kit doesn't work in either my Colt SP-1 or my Rock River A-3, failure to eject spent cartridges but if you think I am sending it back to these asses, no way, I will fix it my self.
I currently have certified letters enroute to Mr. Ciener both at the company and his home address.
