Comment: The BBB got no response (see the letter they sent me below). Meanwhile S.K. Industries has not responded to the Sheriff's request either. The Postal Inspectors received the packet 3/16/2006. BBB letter dated 3/22/2006: Re: Complaint #98093735 - S.K. Industries Although we have tried to obtain a response to your complaint form the company in the hope of reaching a mutually acceptable resolution, they have ignored our requests. We are, therefore, closing this complaint. Your unanswered complaint will become part of the information we report to the public on this company for the next three (3) years. Also, should any government agency request our files on this company, your complaint will be included. If you have worked out a settlement directly with this company, would you please send us a note by email to cmpl@labbb.org or fax at (909) 825-6246 or by mail. Please tell us about the resolution and any other comments you may have. Your help in doing this is extremely important to ensure that our reports to the public on this company is accurate. Subject: Reported to BATF
Comment: S.K. Industries did not respond to the BBB, my letter, e-mail or phone calls, so they forced me to take it to the next step. I sent the BATF "Interstate Firearms Shipment Theft/Loss Report" in today. Next step is the California AG.

Subject: Reported to BBB and USPS
Comment: I filed a complaint with the BBB. S.K. Industries has an F rating. I also talked to the postmaster and he said it qualified as mail fraud. I am putting together all the information. I will be filing with the BATF and AG on March 10 if I haven't received my Glock. A one star rating is too good for this vendor!
