Subject: Worst Customer Service
Comment: Do yourself a favor is you are looking for a gun safe. Visit www.labbb.org and look up this vendor. I wish I had. They don't know the meaning of "Customer Service." Once they have your money they couldn't care a less about you. As you continue to pursue getting an issue corrected they fabricate stories and mis-state facts. I'm still trying to get the correct interior for my safe 7 weeks after it was delivered. And it was delivered 4 weeks after the promised date!!
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! The only reason they got a 1 star rating from me is because there is no option to give them 0 stars.
