Subject: Look elsewhere
Comment: I ordered a cell phone holster in blue from holsterdepot. Besides the cost of the holster, they charged me $5.95 for "shipping and handling". The holster arrived in black, not blue, in a plain yellow envelope with $1.38 postage on it. I sent them an email asking how to exchange it for the blue one, and stating clearly that I would not pay shipping costs for the exchange. I never heard from them. I also found the same holster for less on several websites. Add to that the profit they make on the shipping, and complete avoidance of customers with complaints, like I said, "Look Elsewhere:.
